Vita of Yvonne So... as paintress, designer and publisher

Yvonne So was born 1967 in Ulm, Donau.

Her apprenticeship as A/V media designer led to a job as video cutterin for several years in Munich. During this time she contributed to many music- and videoclips, as well as company and product presentations.

Although being fascinated by motion pictures, she dared to step with acrylic in front of motionless canvas in 1997. That was the beginning of dancing shapes, colourful dynamic compositions and creations full of vitality.

Her acrylics compositions, with loving attention to detail, changed over time

to abstract works, combined with figuartive and exaggerated elements.

In 2004 Yvonne So personally experienced that colours and shapes are creating diverse human sentiments and reactions.

Eversice, this knowledge plays an important role in her creation of "That's Me - Artworks".

In 2008 she founded „So Ein Werk publishing house“.

In July 2008, she published her first book with the title:

“Vom Auge ins Herz – Bilder des Lebens”

With the start of the autumn collection 2010, she now belongs to the circle of "Ritzenhoff" artist, who are creating glassware with collector's value.
